For the past few days, i was struggling, cos i couldn't decide whether to make yong tau foo or yam cake. Yong Tau Foo would be much more complicated cos i need to make the fish cake myself and i have no idea how!!! So finally decided to make yam cake cos it's easier and takes shorter time. Well..since i can make Radish Cake, i don't think Yam Cake is a problem at all. Wahwah...sound so confident isn't it.
So proud of myself as the Yam Cake turned out nice. Texture is perfect, neither hard nor soft. Papa gave me a score of 9/10 while hubby gave me 9.5/10!!! Hehehehehehe!
I was wondering how to get my dog to gain weight? He is a lab and pit mix and ever since he got his leg broken he won't eat right, and I can't get him to gain weight. He has lost 20 lbs. Even though we got his leg fixed.
